Honda company has finally taken the wraps off its next-generation Honda Accord. For the year 2023, the Japanese carmaker has given the 11th-generation Accord a sharper and sportier exterior design, taking it a step further from the classy and understated design language of the previous generation. The new sedan comes with a new design which has a sporty, modern, spacious and luxurious interior. The company says that the 2023 Honda Accord is 2.8 inches longer than its predecessor. The 2023 Honda Accord will be available in 6 models.
2023 Honda Accord Powertrain
The 2023 Honda Accord has two engines, a 204PS 2-litre hybrid petrol and a 194PS 1.5-litre turbo-petrol. The robust 2023 Honda Accord uses the latest iteration of the two-motor hybrid system and comes with an e-CVT. Even the turbo-petrol motor uses a CVT and there is no manual in the Accord.

The New Accord looks more elegant and premium than ever with a minimalistic design language. Up front, the headlamps have been updated with strip-LED daytime running lights at the top and LED lighting at the bottom. The grille gets a square shape and a hexagonal shape with a mesh design. The long hood and fastback-type roofline emphasize that it is a tall and refined sedan. At the rear, you get these futuristic wraparound LED taillights that almost connect, but are separated by the proud ‘Honda’ logo.

2023 Honda Accord Interior


With clean surfaces, high-quality materials and upscale touches, the Accord’s all-new sporty and modern interior draw on Honda’s new design direction. Premium materials are used throughout the cabin, especially at the touchpoints, with attention to the handling of all switchgear and controls for a premium experience. The three-layer dashboard features soft-touch elements, then honeycomb-themed gloss black applique and brushed silver elements. The Accord is more comfortable with the all-new front body stabilizing seats. The new generation seat frame holds the body firmly in place, reducing fatigue on long drives. Its cabin follows a similar theme as seen in other Honda models such as the CR-V and the latest versions of the Civic.

The 2023 Honda Accord gets the biggest touchscreen display ever: a 12.3-inch unit with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It has features like a moon roof, ventilated, head-up display, wireless charging, integrated Google apps, a 10.2-inch digital driver’s display, a 12-speaker Bose sound system, powered and heated front seats, and dual-zone climate control.
2023 Honda Accord Safety
The new Accord’s safety suite includes Honda Sensing, which is the carmaker’s name for the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) suite. This includes low-speed braking control, traffic jam assist, adaptive cruise control, 360-degree camera, lane-keep assist and blind spot detection. The carmaker claims the use of newly shaped airbags can reduce traumatic brain and neck injuries. Another safety feature is the presence of standard knee and rear passenger impact airbags, which count up to 10 airbags.
