Audi Q7 Limited Edition Launched in India

Though it took time for Audi India to revamp its line-up due to BS6 norms in the last two years, now the Audi range is hitting the Indian roads with a new look and a new flair. This year, a facelifted version of the second generation Audi Q7, a new and powerful addition to the SUV lineup, was launched. It has been designed to make the car look better than other Q7s and the grille has also been slightly modified. Sill trim has been added to the front of the car. From politicians and business tycoons to celebrities, the Audi Q7 continues to be the favourite SUV of these people in the luxury SUV space. However, now its diesel engine will be lacking. The new Audi Q7 now only comes with the powerful petrol engine that we are reviewing for you all.

Audi Q7 Engine and Transmission

The Audi Q7 Limited Edition is powered by a 3 L Turbo Petrol Engine. This engine generates power of 340PS and peak torque of 500Nm. The engine of the Q7 is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Regarding the speed of the new Audi Q7 Limited Edition, the company claims that this SUV can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 5.9 seconds. Apart from this, its top speed has been claimed to be 250 km. The facelifted Q7 continues with Audi’s all-wheel drivetrain.

Audi Q7 Exterior

The new 2022 Audi Q7 facelift has received a complete makeover and now looks sportier than its predecessor. The Audi Q7 gets a new bumper at the front and a higher air inlet with stronger three-dimensional effects. The flat and wide single-frame grille has been given with an octagonal outline, which gives it a unique look. The SUV gets Audi’s new grille with Matrix LED headlamps, LED DRLs and LED taillamps. The Audi Q7 also gets new bumpers and 19-inch alloy wheels. In terms of color options, the Audi Q7 facelift is available in five colours. They are Carrara White, Mythos Black, Navara Blue, Samurai Gray and Floret Silver. The Q7 will come in five colors – Carrara White, Mythos Black, Navara Blue, Samurai Gray and Floret Silver.

Audi Q7 Interior

The new 2022 Audi Q7 facelift gets three big screens inside the cabin. The first is a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system while the second is an 8.6-inch touchscreen for climate control in the central console. It also has Audi’s virtual cockpit. Some other features include a spacious panoramic sunroof, four-zone climate control, adjustable ambient lighting, Bang & Olufsen 3D sound system, etc. Arrangements have also been made for the entertainment of the people sitting in the back seat of the Audi Q7. The Audi Q7 has been updated with new premium upholstery and advanced additions like a steering wheel.

Audi Q7 Features

The list of features includes a panoramic sunroof, four-zone climate control, a digital driver display and a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The three-row SUV gets safety features like lane departure warning, front and rear parking sensors, park assist, up to 8 airbags and electronic stability control.

The Q7 is an alternative to the Mercedes-Benz GLE, BMW X5 and Volvo XC90.

Audi Q7 Price

Audi Q7 price starts from Rs. 82.49 lakhs and goes up to Rs. 89.90 lakhs. The Audi Q7 is offered in 3 variants – the base model of the Q7 is Premium Plus and the top variant is the Audi Q7 Technology which comes at a price tag of Rs. 89.90 lakhs.
